At COVASONALI, we want you to love your new furniture. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to make the return process simple and easy for you.
Return Period:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item as long as it is in unused, original condition and packaging. Please note that custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Refund Process:
Once the item is returned and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding shipping charges. If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will also cover return shipping costs.
